We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us a 48-hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will have a two time-excuse. A third no- show or less than 48 hour cancellation will be put on a walk-in basis only.

Our goal is that you love your look. Guests may contact us within 7 days of their service(s) for any fixes thatmay be required. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 1 week of the original service(s). If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.

All gift card sales are final.

Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 10 days of purchase. Retail refunds will be issued in store credit only. Boutique items are final sale and will not be refunded.

As much as we love our furry friends, please be informed that no pets, including emotional support animals, are allowed within our hair salon premises. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of all our clients and staff.

However, service animals specifically trained to aid individuals with disabilities are permitted in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. This policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “Me Time” does not always align with your hair appointments. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. Altered Images stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.
